I will read and abide by the licence agreement associated with this software that is provided during installation.

If the software is installed on a privately owned computer as well as at the university office, SWLA does not permit use of the NVivo software on both the first and second device at the same time.Neither, will I attempt to do any of the above. I will not alter, decompile, disassemble, merge, modify, adapt, reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise reverse engineer the software in any way.While obtaining the software for at home use I will delete the downloaded start up NVivo files and provided emails with the authorisation code, upon successful installation and authorisation.I will not lend, rent, lease or licence the software or any copy or provide the software through any hosted application service provider or other similar arrangement or otherwise permit ANY SECOND PARTY to use or access the Program.

Use of the software is governed by the "International Site Wide License Agreement" (SWLA) entered into by the QSR International (hereinafter QSR) and Flinders University.

The program is owned by QSR International and is copyrighted and licensed.

Regardless of whether NVivo is used on a university and/or at home computer, by using the software, our researchers accept the limited right to use a copy of the NVivo software and acknowledge and agree to the following:
